Return Process

  Verify that your item is still in its original, heat-shrunk plastic wrapping and has not been opened or used.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the item in a discreet shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the exterior before mailing it to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
